Lovely aromas of blackcurrant and plum, with hints of chocolate and aniseed coming through

Palate

A full palate of flavours with soft tannins and rounded oak. The fruit is gently pressed to allow full expression of flavours. This is a medium to full-bodied wine, which has good length, typical characteristics of a Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

Fabulous served with braised beef, Moroccan lamb or even a plate of your favourite hard cheeses.
