This wine exhibits aromas of rich, punchy spice with hints of plum jam and cracked black pepper
Palate
The palate is full and luscious and is layered with flavours of plum, spice and smoky oak. This wine has a firm fruit backbone with rich mouth-filling tannins.
A full-bodied wine which has good length and is an excellent example of Barossa Shiraz.
Vineyards
The fruit comes from the Tanunda Hill Vineyard, located on Gomersal Road at Shea-Oak Log. The vineyard was established in 1999 and is planted to 10 different varieties.
